We collect the following information to provide the Service.

  • Collected directly (game server): nickname, email address, and play records (game progress data, access logs, etc.), collected when you sign up and play the game.
  • Collected automatically (third-party services): advertising identifiers (Android: ADID / iOS: IDFA), device identifiers, OS version, and ad click logs.
  • Payment information: order numbers and purchase history generated by in-app purchases. We do not collect payment instrument details such as credit card numbers; these are processed securely by the respective store operator (Google or Apple).

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

  • Account management and game services: account identification, sign-in, and saving/synchronizing game data.
  • Advertising: delivering personalized ads and measuring ad performance.
  • In-app purchase management: verifying purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads") and delivering purchased items.
  • Service improvement: fixing in-game errors and providing a stable service.

3. Third-Party Services

The game includes the following third-party SDKs and platform services, which may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

  • Google Play Services (Google, Android version): in-app purchase processing and game data synchronization.
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit (Apple, iOS version): in-app purchase processing.
  • Google AdMob (Google): serving in-app ads and personalized ad targeting.
  • Firebase (Google): user sign-in authentication and app analytics.
  • Sign in with Apple (Apple, iOS version): user sign-in authentication. If you choose Hide My Email, your real email address is not shared with the Developer.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On devices running iOS 14.5 or later, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy, a prompt asking for tracking permission is shown when the app is first launched, in order to collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) and provide personalized ads. If you decline tracking, non-personalized ads will be shown instead, and your use of the game is not affected.

5. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information

Personal information stored on our game server (nickname, email address, play records) is deleted without delay when you delete your account or request deletion. However, information that must be retained under applicable laws will be kept for the period required by such laws and then destroyed.

Information collected automatically by third-party services (Google, Apple, etc.) is managed and deleted in accordance with each service's policies, and data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to keep your personal information secure, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.

7. Your Rights and Opt-Out Options

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

  • Account and data deletion: use the in-game account deletion feature, or contact us by email below, and we will delete your personal information stored on our server.
  • Opt out of personalized ads (Android): Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID, or turn off ads personalization.
  • Opt out of personalized ads (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off tracking permission for this app; or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalized Ads.

8. Children's Privacy

The game is intended for users aged 12 and older. For children under 14 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), consent from a legal guardian may be required for the collection of personal information (such as advertising identifiers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and we will promptly delete such information upon request.

4. iOS 앱 추적 투명성(App Tracking Transparency)

iOS 14.5 이상 기기에서는 애플의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 정책에 따라, 광고 식별자(IDFA) 수집 및 맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 앱 최초 실행 시 추적 허용 여부를 묻는 팝업이 표시됩니다. 이용자가 추적을 허용하지 않는 경우 맞춤형 광고 대신 일반 광고가 표시되며, 게임 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.

5. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

개발자가 게임 서버에 저장하는 개인정보(닉네임, 이메일 주소, 플레이 기록)는 회원 탈퇴 또는 계정 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 다만, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 정보는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관 후 파기됩니다.

제3자 서비스(구글, 애플 등)가 자동 수집한 정보는 해당 서비스의 운영 정책에 따라 관리 및 파기되며, 기기 내에 저장된 데이터는 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

8. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 게임은 만 12세 이상 이용이 가능하나, 만 14세 미만의 아동이 서비스를 이용하며 발생하는 개인정보 수집(광고 식별자 등)에 대해서는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 관련 요청이 있을 시 즉시 파기 조치를 취합니다.
